Cleaning Policies

Leticia’s First Class Cleaning, Inc. appreciates your business and knows how important your home is to you. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following Policies, Terms & Conditions.

We normally work in teams of two or three professionally trained cleaners.

APPOINTMENTS
For your convenience we have a flexible schedule seven days a week. Leticia’s First Class Cleaning Inc. will do our best to arrive on time at your home. Please note, since is not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 48 hours notice for all cancelled appointments. Once we take a reservation, we hold that time spot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame. Without a 48-hour cancellation notice you will be charged the full rate of your service.

PETS
“Dogs away when cleaning is underway.” 

If you will not be home, please confine your furry friends. Lety’s team will not enter the premises if dogs are loose.  For the safety of all pets (even your iguana), please confine them on cleaning day.

QUALITY
Our work is guaranteed, however we do not offer a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas you are not happy with at no additional cost you.

When you need extra services or additional cleaning on your schedule cleaning day, please call us 48 hours in advance to make sure we reserve the extra time we need in order to provide time for the additional service needed.

SAFETY
In order to protect our staff from personal injury, we do not allow them to lift or move anything heavier then 35 lbs. We can, however, clean behind appliances like the refrigerator, oven, and sofa. Please move it prior to the cleaning appointment to allow access to the desired areas.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
If we arrive to clean and there is no payment provided, we will contact you immediately for payment arrangements or reschedule your appointment.

Payment for services is due in full at time of service. We accept cash or personal check. Please make checks payable to Leticia’s First Class Cleaning Inc. Sorry, no Credit Cards accepted.

GENERAL
For your protection, Leticia’s First Class Cleaning, Inc. is fully insured with a general liability insurance policy.
