This plan combines regular maintenance visits with two annual deep restorative cleanings and window detailing, all under one simple annual price billed monthly.

What’s included in our elite club 

1. Regular Maintenance Cleaning | Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly service to keep your home balanced and fresh year-round, including:

• Full dusting of furniture, décor, and reachable surfaces
• Floors vacuumed and mopped (edges included)
• Kitchen counters, sinks, and exterior appliances cleaned and polished
• Bathrooms disinfected and detailed
• Glass, mirrors, and fixtures shined streak-free
• Trash removed and liners replaced
• High-touch areas spot-cleaned and disinfected

2. Rotating Detail Tasks | For weekly and biweekly clients, detailed tasks rotate throughout the year to prevent buildup without extending visit times, including:

• Ceiling fans and light fixtures
• Blinds, windowsills, and baseboards
• Cabinet exteriors and handles
• Interior doors and frames
• Behind furniture and under beds
